Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: First
and last nights' deposit required with booking.

Cancellation: More
than one month - all money returned.
Less than 30 days, loss of deposit. If you cancel
within
a
week of the dates booked, all money for the
rental period is owed.
Special rates available for a two-week or longer stay.
